The European Group of Public Law (EGPL) annual reunion 2020, intended to take place from the 11th to the 13th of September 2020 in Legraina, Sounion (Greece), was not realized due to the coronavirus pandemic. So did the colloquium on the subject: “For a New Public Law”, which was to take place on the occasion of the EGPL annual Reunion.

Although the Colloquium did not exceptionally take place due to the unprecedented cirsumstances, this ERPL issue, in accordance with the standard ERPL policy and the usual schedule, comprises the papers which would be presented at the Colloquium by eminent academics and legal scholars on this occasion.

This ERPL issue follows the thematics of the Conference:
