How to set up and manage your personal account
Accessing your account
If you do not yet have an account, click on the ‘Login’ tab in the top-right corner of the website and follow the prompts to create one. EPLO Publications will accept the account and you will be able to proceed with your purchase.
If you already have an account, you can simply log in. Once logged in, click on ‘My account’ in the top-right corner of the website page.
Editing your details
Once logged in, select the ‘Edit’ tab to set up or update your personal information (such as your username, password, or billing address), and to subscribe or unsubscribe to our Newsletter.
What can I purchase from the EPLO Publications e-shop?
Τhe EPLO Publications comprise journals, series and stand-alone publications dealing with topical issues of public law, as well as of other scientific fields, within the framework of the activities of the EPLO, in both print and digital formats*. For an outline of the EPLO Publications, click here.
EPLO Publications Journals – such as the European Review of Public Law (ERPL), the Central and Eastern European Legal Studies (CEELS), the European Journal of History and Culture (EurJHC), and the Latin American Public Law Review (LatAmPLRev) – may be purchased per article, per issue, or as annual subscriptions.
- EPLO Publications Series – such as the European Public Law Series (EPLS) – and Standalone Editions are available in print format**.

ERPL, CEELS, EurJHC and LatAmPLRev individual journal articles are available for purchase in Portable Document File (PDF) form. Please note that EPLO Publications journal article PDFs are printable and can be saved on your device.

- Individual issues of the ERPL and CEELS are available in flipbook format from 2025 onwards (earlier years remain available only in print).
• Annual Subscriptions (Print or Digital) •

- The subscription includes all four issues for the selected year.
- Print editions can be pre-ordered and are sent when they are published (following the collective shipping schedule).
Shipping
- Collective shipping for the print edition takes place twice a year, and is included in the subscription price.
- Please note that year selection is required during purchase.
- You will receive email updates regarding dispatch.

Purchasing and Accessing the EPLO Publications
• Purchasing an Annual Subscription •
Step 1: Visit the page of your chosen journal (ERPL, CEELS, EurJHC, LatAmPLRev) and select the Annual Subscription of your preferred year,
OR visit the 'Annual Subscriptions' page (click here).
Step 2: Choose the subscription year and product format you wish to purchase and add it to your cart.
Step 3: Log in or register to complete your purchase.
Step 4: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your order.
• Purchasing a Print Edition •
Step 1: Log in or register.
Step 2: Select the publication you wish to purchase. Standard postal delivery is provided by default.
Alternatively, you may collect your print edition from the EPLO office at the Roman Agora in Athens, Greece, by prior arrangement. To use this option, select the relevant delivery method and wait for the confirmation email indicating the date of availability.
Step 3: Optional courier service is also available upon request (additional costs may apply; please contact us via email (at: info@eplopublications.eu) to arrange this option.
• Purchasing a Digital Edition •
Digital EPLO Publications are available for:
- ERPL and CEELS journal articles and issues (for 2025 issues onwards – earlier years remain available only in print);
- EurJHC and LatAmPLRev journal articles, issues, and annual subscriptions;
- and certain other stand-alone EPLO publications*.
To access the full range of our Digital Publications, you may:
Step 1: Visit the Digital Editions page,
OR select the type of edition and title you wish to purchase;
Step 2: Select the 'Digital' option from the menu located above the publications icons.
• Accessing your Digital Edition (Issues or Annual Subscriptions flipbooks) •
- EPLO Publications flipbooks are protected from copying, sharing, printing or downloading.
- A flipbook is a different digital reading experience from a conventional Portable Document File (PDF); the display of content is viewable from left to right with page-flipping animation, as opposed to the scrolling nature of a PDF document.
EPLO Publications flipbooks allow you to access your purchased item through your EPLO Publications account.
View your flipbook by:
Step 1: Clicking on 'My Account',
Step 2: Selecting 'Digital Editions', and
Step 3: Clicking on the 'View Flipbook' tab. Please make sure that the latest version of internet browsers (i.e. Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox) is installed on your device.
Step 4: Please note that you can revisit the flipbook you purchased at any time, by logging in to your EPLO Publications Account and repeating the aforementioned steps*.

Discount Policy
Authors and Editors receive a discount on print and digital editions of any article, series, or book for which they are listed as an author or editor. For more information, please contact the EPLO Editions Office.
EPLO Students receive a 30% discount on all print and digital editions.
Publication Agencies receive a 10% discount on all print and digital editions. For more information, please click here.
Bookstores receive a 10% discount on all print and digital editions. For more information, please click here.
Journal Indexing of the EPLO Publications
The European Review of Public Law as well as the Central and Eastern European Legal Studies are included in EBSCO’s Legal Source database – as Academic Journals. The European Politeia is found on EBSCO’s Academic Search Ultimate database – as an Academic Journal.
What are my payment options?
You can purchase EPLO Publications by paying via bank transfer or your credit card:
- All credit cards are accepted as long as they are VISA, Mastercard or American Express.
- PayPal transactions are currently unavailable.
- All credit card transactions are fully secured through the Piraeus Bank ePOS System.
- Payment via bank transfer is also available. Please kindly submit the deposit receipt by email for quick tracking.
For bank transfers, payment must be directed to the bank account indicated below.
Please ensure that you include the order number and your name in the payment reference. Any additional bank charges must be covered by the client.

What should I do if I receive the wrong products or wish to exchange them?
In this regretful case, you may;
Step 1: Inform us by email, explaining the reason of return.
Step 2: Return the parcel [EPLO, 16 Achaiou st., 10555 Athens] and enclose all relevant documents, within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Please consider that the returning parcel must be packaged carefully, ensuring the items will be returned maintaining their original condition.
Upon receipt, we examine the condition of the books, perform quality control, and inform you of our decision by email. We then proceed with the requested order. If we decide not to exchange your purchased products due to item deficiencies, the shipping fees must be covered by the buyer.

What if I want to return the books I purchased?
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may:
Step 1: Inform us via email,
Step 2: Return the parcel [EPLO, 16 Achaiou St., 10555 Athens] and enclose all relevant documents, within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Upon receipt, we will inspect the condition of the returned books, carry out quality control, and inform you of the outcome by email. If a refund of the purchase price is approved, it will be processed within 40 days of the package’s receipt at the EPLO.
Please note: the right to cancel does not apply to our digital editions.
How will my books be dispatched?

You can pick up your books from our premises, or we can dispatch them to your desired address. The books are shipped in parcels and are dispatched through the Hellenic Post (ELTA). You can always track your parcel here as long as you request the tracking number via email.
What is the cost for dispatching?
Service costs are calculated based (a) on the country of destination and (b) the weight of the parcel. You can find more on dispatching costs here.
