Publications Board

The Publications Board is the standard-setting body for EPLO publications. Its mandate is to review publications’ policy and provide common standards and policies for all EPLO publication activities in line with the objectives of the EPLO. The Publications Board’s composition is as follows:

Dr Vassilios Kondylis is Assistant Professor at the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (Sector of Public Law). He has studied in the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Then he studied at the University of Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne and he got his Master Degree [D.E.A.] and his PhD in Public Law. Since May 1988, he is Lawyer, member of the Athens Bar Association. He was Referendary at the Court of Justice of the European Communities (March 1995-October 2000). Since January 2004, he is Chief Legal Counselor of the Hellenic Commission of the Telecommunications and the Post (EETT). Since January 2012, he is Member of the Board of the Greek Atomic Energy Commission (GAEC). From January 2015, he is member of the European Nuclear Energy Tribunal [OECD], in Paris, for a mandate of 5 years. He has published four (4) books and more than 50 articles, notes, commentaries, etc. on different public law and EU law issues, in Greek, French and English. He speaks French, English, German and Italian.

Ekaterini Iliadou is Assistant Professor of Public and Administrative Law at the Law School of the University of Athens and Attorney at Law at the High Court and the Council of State of Greece. She was born in Katerini (Greece) and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Thessaloniki with a degree in Law. She holds a Doktor der Rechte from the University of Regensburg. She speaks English, French, German and Greek. She is the author of many publications in the area of public law and energy regulation. 

Nicholas Papaspyrou, MIur (Oxon), LLM (Harvard), SJD (Harvard) is Ass.Professor of Public Law at the University of Athens and Academic Associate to the Academic Council of the Hellenic Parliament. He served as the Secretary Special of the Hellenic Parliament from 2009 to 2015.
