This year's public law chronicle provides an overview of the new Code of Administrative Procedure and of the substantial amendments introduced to the Procedural Code of Administrative Courts, both enacted in 2015. Major topics of development are also reflected upon and considered and for such purpose we have shed some light on topics such as the (new) general principles of administrative management, the annulment and revocation of administrative acts, the procedural conformation agreements ("acordos endoprocedimentais"), the administrative regulations regime and the unification of the until recently dualist model of court process.
Cette année, la chronique de droit public portugais donne un aperçu du nouveau code de procédure administrative et des amendements essentiels introduits dans le code de procédure des juridictions administratives, tous deux adoptés en 2015. Des thèmes majeurs de changement sont aussi rapportés et examinés et, dans ce cadre, nous avons mis l'accent sur certains sujets tels que les (nouveaux) principes généraux de gestion administrative, l'annulation et la révocation des actes administratifs, les accords de conformation procédurale ("acordos endoprocedimentais"), le régime de réglementation administrative et l'unification du modèle de la procédure judiciaire, jusqu'à récemment dualiste.
