The chronicle focuses on questions related to the new regulation of positive administrative law regarding the voivod and the governmental administration in the voivodship, as well as on the characteristics of the Polish Code of administrative procedure and its evolution, on the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of its adoption. Firstly, emphasis is given to some regulations concerning the voivod and the governmental administration in the voivodship according to the law of January 23, 2009 on the voivod and the governmental administration in the voivodship, which replaced the Law of June 5, 1998 on the governmental administration in the voivodship. Polish regulation of administrative procedure, contained in the Code of administrative procedure of 1960, is being discussed in the second part.
La chronique se concentre sur les questions liées à la nouvelle régulation de droit administratif positif relative au voïvode et à l’administration gouvernementale dans la voïvodie, ainsi que sur la caractéristique du Code polonais de procédure administrative et sur son évolution, à l’occasion du cinquantenaire du vote de cette loi. Dans un premier temps, on met l’accent sur quelques régulations concernant le voïvode et l’administration gouvernementale dans la voïvodie découlant de la loi du 23 janvier 2009 sur le voïvode et l’administration gouvernementale dans la voïvodie, qui a remplacé la loi du 5 juin 1998 sur l’administration gouvernementale dans la voïvodie. Dans la deuxième partie, il est question de la régulation polonaise de procédure administrative contenue dans le Code de procédure administrative de 1960.
