The reports on the annual conferences of administrative law scholars of the University of Wrocław and of the Jagiellonian University constitute a permanent part of our chronicle. It is a good example of the scientific and friendly cooperation between the two research centres. The conference of the year 2015 focused on the theme of anti-values in administrative law. This concept and its influence on administrative law institutions have been analysed from a philosophical perspective as well. In the field of legislation, some new important regulations were adopted in the year 2015 concerning landscape protection, consular law, freedom of assembly, free legal aid as well as the new form of cooperation of regional authorities - metropolitan communities. Some important judgements for administrative law were delivered by the Constitutional Tribunal, among which those concerning the abolition of the professional self-management of urbanists, the conscience clause for doctors, the monetary administrative sanctions and the changes in the functioning of pension funds. The year 20V15 has also been marked by the 35th anniversary of the establishment of the High Administrative Court.
Les comptes rendus des conférences annuelles des administrativistes de l’Université de Wrocław et ceux de l’Université Jagellonne constituent un élément permanent de notre chronique. Il s’agit d’un bon exemple de la coopération scientifique et amicale entretenue par les deux centres de recherche. La conférence de 2015 avait pour thème les antivaleurs dans le droit administratif. Cette notion et son influence sur les institutions du droit administratif ont été analysées également de la perspective philosophique. Dans le domaine de la législation, l’année 2015 a vu quelques nouvelles régulations importantes concernant la protection du paysage, la loi consulaire, la liberté de rassemblements, l’aide juridique gratuite ainsi que la nouvelle forme de coopération des collectivités territoriales - communautés métropolitaines. Quelques jugements importants pour le droit administratif ont été prononcés par le Tribunal constitutionnel, dont ceux concernant la suppression de l’autogestion professionnelle des urbanistes, la clause de conscience des médecins, les sanctions administratives pécuniaires et les changements au fonctionnement des fonds de retraite. L’année 2015 a été également marquée par le 35ème anniversaire de la création de la Haute Cour administrative.
