This volume of the EPLS includes the proceedings of the 2009 EGPL Annual Reunion on the theme: “Public Law: Twenty Years After / Le droit public: Vingt ans après”. Within the framework of a General Introduction, Professors J.-B. Auby, E. Smith and A. Gordillo present their papers, whereas the theme of “The New Domains of Public Law” is treated by Professors M. da Glória Garcia, B. Mathieu and K. Wojtyczek, the theme of “The New Rationale of Public Law” is treated by Professors S. Cassese and L. Ortega, and the theme of “The Solution to the Problems of the Environment - Twenty Years Ago - and Nowadays” is treated by Professor G. Sioutis. Finally, General Conclusions are presented by Professor B. Pacteau. Also included in the volume are the speeches pronounced, on the occasion of the Conference, in honour of Professors Michel Fromont, Tim Koopmans and Günter Püttner.
