The chronicle is dedicated to the dynamic of the constitutional law in Ukraine in 2012. It covers the activity of the Constitutional Assembly in the field of constitutional reform in Ukraine and of the creation of the new Constitution. The first part of the chronicle is dedicated to the Constitutional Assembly - as such a body had never functioned in Ukraine before 2012. In the second part of the chronicle, the concept of the new Constitution is examined in detail.
La chronique examine la dynamique du droit constitutionnel en Ukraine en 2012. Elle couvre l'activité de l'Assemblée Constitutionnelle dans le domaine de la réforme constitutionnelle en Ukraine et de la création de la nouvelle Constitution. La première partie de la chronique est dédiée à l'Assemblée Constitutionnelle - un tel organe n'avait jamais fonctionné en Ukraine avant l'année 2012. Dans la seconde partie de la chronique, le concept de la Constitution est examiné en détail.
Хроники посвящены динамике конституционного права в Украине в 2012 г. Они освещают деятельность Конституционной Ассамблеи в сфере конституционной реформы в Украине и создания новой Конституции. Первая часть хроник посвящена Конституционной Ассамблее – так как подобный орган никогда не функционировал в Украине до 2012 г. Во второй части статьи детально охарактеризована Концепция новой Конституции Украины.
