
Full Professor of Administrative Law, Edoardo Chiti (1969) holds an LL.M. from the University College London and a Ph.D. from the European University Institute.
His research focusses on EU Administration and Administrative Law, Global Governance and Global Administrative Law, Comparative Administrative Law, all approached from a ‘law in context’ perspective. He is currently working on the legal architecture of the ecological transition in the EU context and on the new frontiers of law and regulation in the regional/transnational horizon.
His most recent publications include: Green Deal.
