This chronicle is dedicated to the dynamics of the legislative reform of administrative justice in Ukraine in 2016. The author describes the trends of the development of the administrative process, the impact of the reform of the procedural justice on the institutions of judicial review and on the resolution of public law disputes. The author determines the main directions in the further improvement of the legal regulations of administrative proceedings in the field of democratic reforms, protection of human rights, freedoms and interests of individuals in the public law relationships.
Cette chronique est dédiée à la dynamique de la réforme législative de la justice administrative en Ukraine en 2016. L’auteur décrit les tendances au développement du processus administratif, l’impact de la réforme de la justice procédurale sur les institutions de contrôle judiciaire et sur la résolution des litiges de droit public. L’auteur détermine les directions principales vers l’amélioration des réglementations légales des procédures administratives dans le domaine des réformes démocratiques, de la protection des droits de l’homme, des libertés et des intérêts des personnes dans les relations de droit public.
Хроники посвящены динамике законодательных преобразований административного судопроизводства в Украине в 2016 г. Они характеризуют тенденции развития административного процесса, влияние реформы правосудия на процессуальные институты судебного рассмотрения и разрешения публично-правовых споров. Определяются основные направления дальнейшего усовершенствования правового регулирования административного судопроизводства в свете демократических преобразований и защиты прав, свобод и интересов частных лиц в публично-правовых отношениях.
