This chronicle deals with the dynamics of legislative reforms of the administrative proceedings in Ukraine in 2014-2015. It describes the impact of the reform of justice in the proceedings of the judicial review institutions and the resolution of public law disputes. The author identifies the key trends of further improvement of the legal regulation of administrative proceedings in the light of democratic reforms and the adoption of European standards to protect the rights, freedoms and interests of individuals in the public law relationships.
Cette chronique examine la dynamique des réformes législatives de la procédure administrative en Ukraine en 2014-2015. Elle illustre l'impact de la réforme de la justice sur la procédure des organes de recours judiciaire et sur la résolution des litiges de droit public. L'auteur identifie les principales tendances d'une nouvelle amélioration de la réglementation juridique de la procédure administrative à la lumière des réformes démocratiques et de l'adoption des standards européens en vue de protéger les droits, les libertés et les intérêts des personnes dans les relations de droit public.
Хроники посвящены динамике законодательных преобразований административного судопроизводства в Украине в 2014-2015 г. Они характеризуют влияние реформы правосудия на процессуальные институты судебного рассмотрения и разрешения публично-правовых споров. Определяются основные тенденции дальнейшего усовершенствования правового регулирования административного судопроизводства в свете демократических преобразований и утверждения европейских стандартов защиты прав, свобод и интересов частных лиц в публично-правовых отношениях.
