The first part analyzes a 2022 Constitutional Court decision regarding the use of the legislative fast-track procedure on measures adopted by the parliament in June 2022 regarding the “family package”. In the second part, the chronicle looks at the 2022 decision of the Constitutional Court on the constitutionality of the referendum on an early election.
La première partie analyse une décision de 2022 de la Cour constitutionnelle relative à l’utilisation de la procédure législative accélérée concernant des mesures adoptées par le Parlement en juin 2022 sur le “paquet famille”. Dans la deuxième partie, la chronique examine la décision de 2022 de la Cour constitutionnelle relative à la constitutionnalité du référendum sur des élections anticipées.
