The chronicle is focused on very crucial issues in the area of administrative law in the Slovak Republic. Administrative law comprises of a huge number of legal acts, therefore the amendments presented in this chronicle are focused on the most important ones. The major amendment was presented in the area of owning and using firearms while reflecting the tragedy in Bratislava. Other laws are connected with the necessity to amend the Act on Universities (stating more strict conditions in this area for promoting education and research) and with the first steps towards the electronisation of administration in the Slovak Republic. The chronicle is also dealing specifically with the decision of the Slovak Supreme Court, focusing on the obligation to order and call a public hearing before the administrative body in administrative proceeding. In this field, we focus on the lack of connection with the Slovak judiciary of relevant international judicial authorities.
Cette chronique se concentre sur des problèmes cruciaux dans le domaine du droit administratif en République slovaque. Le droit administratif comprend un nombre considérable de lois, et les modifications présentées ici se focalisent sur les plus importantes. La principale modification a concerné la possession et l'utilisation des armes, suite à la tragédie de Bratislava. D'autres lois sont en rapport avec la nécessité de modifier la loi sur les universités (en instaurant des conditions plus strictes dans ce domaine pour promouvoir l'éducation et la recherche) et avec les premiers pas vers l'informatisation de l'administration. La chronique traite à part de l'arrêt de la Cour suprême slovaque et notamment de l'obligation d'ordonner et de convoquer à une audition publique devant l'organe administratif dans la procédure administrative. Ici, l'accent est mis sur le manque de lien avec le système judiciaire slovaque des instances judiciaires internationales.
