Quocum procedis, Europa?

Following recent difficulties experienced by the EU at various levels, the Commission - within the context of the 60th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Rome - dared to make a move that would give life to the European idea. It thereby expressed various ways in which the Union could act in the future, in order to act more effectively; obviously, not least, to be able to offer their critics something positive. One of these ways deserves special attention due to its physis: an official possibility of differentiated integration of Member States; however, the Commission’s proposal remains vague and timid in its consequence.
