The present chronicle gives an overview of the main changes introduced by the Portuguese Constitutional Court in 2015 and 2016 as well as the most important decisions issued in that period. Following some of the most eventful years for the Portuguese Constitutional Court since its creation in 1982 - mainly caused by the jurisprudence of crisis - 2015 and 2016 were years with less media interest, but with notable decisions for the different fields of law of the Portuguese legal framework.
