During 2013 and 2014, the Portuguese government has maintained a trend of economically oriented legislation. In the verge of the termination of the financial assistance program concluded between the Portuguese government and the International Monetary Fund, the European Central Bank and the European Commission in May 2011, during the years of 2013 and 2014 we have witnessed the passing of several pieces of legislation necessary to meet the milestones undertaken by the Portuguese government, most particularly as concerns the implementation and continuation of the privatizations program. As such, several reforms on the legal framework applicable to the State's business sector, as well as to the organization and functioning of certain economic sectors, took place between 2013 and 2014. The purpose of this chronicle is to provide the reader with a comprehensive and sufficient overview of the political drive and innovations in the field of administrative law of the Portuguese legislator in 2013 and 2014.
Au cours des années 2013 et 2014, le gouvernement portugais a maintenu la tendance à une législation d'orientation économique. Le programme d'aide financière conclu entre le gouvernement portugais et le Fonds monétaire international, la Banque centrale européenne et la Commission européenne en mai 2011 étant sur le point de se terminer, nous avons assisté au cours des années 2013 et 2014 à la production de la législation nécessaire pour respecter les échéances posées par le gouvernement portugais, particulièrement pour ce qui est de la mise en œuvre et de la poursuite du programme de privatisations. Α ce titre, certaines réformes du cadre juridique applicable au secteur des entreprises publiques ainsi qu'à l'organisation et au fonctionnement de certains secteurs de l'économie, ont été réalisées entre 2013 et 2014. Cette chronique a pour but de fournir au lecteur un aperçu complet et suffisant de la dynamique politique et des innovations apportées dans le domaine du droit administratif par le législateur portugais en 2013 et 2014.
