The chronicle focuses on three important elements relating to the regulations of positive administrative law, on the discussion regarding new scientific problems in the theory of administrative law as well as on the first attempts to judge the system of the administrative jurisdiction of two bodies on the occasion of the fifth anniversary of its functioning. First, it puts emphasis on some new legal regulations of the field of administrative law, including those that have been introduced as a result of subsequent opinions presented in the jurisprudence. The second part is an attempt to judge the functioning of innovative regulations introduced in the Polish model of the administrative jurisdiction in 2004 such as: mediation and simplified procedure. The third part is devoted to the discussion on the new scientific problems in the theory of administrative law.
La chronique se concentre sur trois importants éléments relatifs aux régulations du droit administratif positif, sur la discussion à propos de nouveaux problèmes scientifiques dans la théorie du droit administratif ainsi que sur les premières tentatives de juger le système de la juridiction administrative de deux instances à l’occasion du cinquième anniversaire de son fonctionnement. Dans un premier temps, on met l’accent sur quelques nouvelles régulations légales du domaine du droit administratif, dont celles qui ont été introduites en tant que conséquence des opinions ultérieures présentées dans la jurisprudence. La deuxième partie est une tentative de juger le fonctionnement des règlements novateurs introduits dans le modèle polonais de la juridiction administrative en 2004 tels que: la médiation et la procédure simplifiée. La troisième partie est consacrée à la discussion sur les nouveaux problèmes scientifiques dans la théorie du droit administratif.
