The new technologies revolution has brought about the possibility of economy globalisation, with severe consequences, on the one hand, on the ability of National States to cope, using their political power coming from national sovereignty, with the mobility of financial capital and, on the other, on the very control of economic processes. It has led to a new equilibrium between State and Market, that affected a wide number of Administrative Law institutions that have had to go through a process of deep review.
