The chronicle describes the main administrative reforms in Italy in 2018. Firstly, the most relevant measures contained in the so-called “Genova” Decree are examined. Secondly, the chronicle analyzes the novelties introduced by the Legislative Decree for the harmonization with the European General Data Protection Regulation. Thirdly, the Decree on immigration and security is analyzed. Fourthly, the chronicle focuses on the Legislative Decree amending the third sector Code, the Legislative Decree for the harmonization with the European provisions on market abuse, the new civil protection Code, the new consolidated law on forests, as well as the law by which the Parliament delegates the Government to revise the regulation on clinical trials of medicinal products for human use and adopts provisions for the reorganization of health professions and for health management of the Ministry of Health. Finally, the chronicle examines the main measures contained in the Budget Law for 2019.
La chronique décrit les principales réformes administratives adoptées en Italie en 2018. Premièrement, sont examinées les principales mesures introduites par le dit décret “Genova”. Deuxièmement, la chronique traite des nouvelles modifications introduites par le décret législatif d’harmonisation avec le Règlement européen sur la protection des données personnelles. Troisièmement, est analysé le décret sur l’immigration et la sécurité. Quatrièmement, la chronique examine le décret législatif de modification du Code du troisième secteur, le décret législatif d’harmonisation avec le règlement européen en matière d’abus de marché, le nouveau Code de la protection civile, la nouvelle loi consolidée sur les forêts et les filières forestières, ainsi que la loi par laquelle le Parlement délègue au Gouvernement la révision de la réglementation relative aux essais cliniques de médicaments à usage humain et adopte des dispositions relatives à la réorganisation des professions de la santé et à la gestion sanitaire du Ministère de la Santé. Finalement, la chronique examine les mesures principales contenues dans la Loi budgétaire pour l’année 2019.
Le Cronache descrivono le principali riforme amministrative adottate in Italia nell’anno 2018. In primo luogo, ci si sofferma sulle misure più rilevanti contenute nel c.d. decreto Genova. In secondo luogo, si analizzano le novità introdotte dal decreto legislativo di armonizzazione dell’ordinamento italiano al General Data Protection Regulation europea. In terzo luogo, ci si sofferma sul decreto in materia di immigrazione e sicurezza. In quarto luogo, le Cronache passano in rassegna il decreto legislativo correttivo al Codice del terzo settore, il decreto legislativo di adeguamento della disciplina nazionale alle disposizioni europee in tema di market abuse, il nuovo Codice della protezione civile, il nuovo Testo unico in materia di foreste e filiere forestali, nonché la legge con cui il Parlamento delega il Governo a revisionare la disciplina in materia di sperimentazione clinica dei medicinali per uso umano e adotta disposizioni per il riordino delle professioni sanitarie e per la dirigenza sanitarie del Ministero della salute. Da ultimo, si descrivono le principali misure contenute nella legge di bilancio per il 2019.
