The first part of the chronicle regards two judgments of the CST, which have not been appealed, concerning the contractual policy of the ECB and its disciplinary regime (BM cases) and a judgment of the GC, taken following an appeal against a judgment of the CST in the field of pensions (Heath case), which is a reference case in this domain. On the pension scheme reform, the GC issued a second judgment in the end of 2013 (judgment of 11 December 2013, case F-15/10, Andres v ECB), which is also appealed before the GC (case T-129/14 P, Andres v ECB). This judgment will be the object of our comments in the second part of the chronicle of the EU jurisprudence.
La première partie de cette chronique de jurisprudence porte sur deux arrêts du TFP, qui n'ont pas fait l'objet d'un pourvoi devant le Tribunal, relatifs à la politique contractuelle de la BCE et à son régime disciplinaire (affaires BM) ainsi que sur un arrêt, rendu sur pourvoi contre un arrêt du TFP en matière de pensions (affaire Heath), qui constitue, comme on le verra, un arrêt de référence dans ce domaine. Sur le régime des pensions, le TFP a rendu un deuxième arrêt fin 2013 (arrêt du 11 décembre 2013, affaire F-15/10, Andres et autres c BCE), qui a fait l'objet d'un pourvoi devant le Tribunal (affaire T-129/14 P, Andres et autres c BCE). Cet arrêt fera l'objet d'un commentaire dans la seconde partie de la chronique de jurisprudence des juridictions de l'Union européenne.
