In this contribution, the judicial dialogue between Dutch and international courts is analyzed, focusing on the functioning of the EU preliminary reference procedure. On the basis of a general questionnaire, the contribution addresses empirical data, analysis thereof, the identification of problems and a look ahead to the future development of the judicial dialogue.
Dans cette contribution, le dialogue judiciaire entre les juridictions néerlandaises et internationales est analysé. L'analyse se focalise sur le fonctionnement de la procédure de renvoi préjudiciel de l'UE. Sur la base d'un questionnaire général, la contribution aborde des données empiriques, leurs analyses, l'identification des problèmes et une vision d'avenir pour le développement futur du dialogue judiciaire.
