The starting point of a new stage of constitutional changes in Ukraine was the "Revolution of dignity", including the adoption of legislation by the "revolutionary wave". The constitutional process was aimed at legal regulation of the new political reality that followed the revolutionary events. The main provisions of this legislation is the return to the political reform of 2004 and the parliamentary-presidential model of the Republic, the recognition of the act of disengagement of President V.F. Yanukovych who had fled the country, the calling of early presidential elections, lustration, the definition of the legal status of the temporarily occupied territories. In 2014, presidential, parliamentary and local elections were held in Ukraine and the process for the revision of the Constitution of Ukraine concerning the decentralization of power was launched.
La "révolution de la dignité", y compris l'adoption d'une législation par la "vague révolutionnaire", a été le point de départ d'une nouvelle phase de changements constitutionnels en Ukraine. Le processus constitutionnel visait à réglementer juridiquement la nouvelle réalité politique qui a suivi les événements révolutionnaires. Les principales dispositions de cette législation sont le retour à la réforme politique de 2004 et au modèle parlemen-taire-présidentiel de la République, la reconnaissance de l'acte de désengagement du Président V.F. Yanukovych qui a fui le pays, la convocation d'une élection présidentielle anticipée, la lustration, la définition du statut légal des territoires temporairement occupés. En 2014, des élections présidentielles, parlementaires et locales ont eu lieu en Ukraine et les travaux d'amendement de la Constitution ukrainienne concernant la décentralisation du pouvoir ont commencé.
Отправной точкой нового этапа конституционных изменений в Украине стала «Революция достоинства», в том числе принятие на «революционной волне» законодательных актов. Конституционный процесс был направлен на правовое урегулирование новой политической реальности, которая наступила после революционных событий. Главными положениями этих законодательных актов является возврат к политической реформе 2004 года и модели парламентско-президентской республики, признание бегства президента В.Ф. Януковича актом самоустранения, назначение внеочередных выборов Президента Украины, люстрация, определение правового статуса временно оккупированных территорий. В 2014 году в Украине были проведены президентские, парламентские и местные выборы, началась работа над изменениями к Конституции Украины относительно децентрализации власти.
