The year 2020 was marked by the COVID-19 pandemic. The pandemic has restrained, at least at the beginning, the scientific activity, especially as concerns the organization of and the participation in conferences. It is not, however, a year definitively lost, as the 11th Scientific Conference of Administrative Law Scholars of Cracow and Wrocław organized on line proves. In the field of legislation, some institutions, the introduction of which was linked to the necessity to create legal frameworks for combating the pandemic and managing its consequences, were presented. Two decisions of the High Administrative Court, of primary importance for the implementation of administrative law in Poland, were then presented.
L’année 2020 a été marquée par la pandémie de COVID-19. La pandémie a restreint, du moins au début, l’activité scientifique, surtout en ce qui concerne l’organisation de et la participation à des conférences. Il ne s’agit pourtant pas d’une année définitivement perdue, comme en témoigne la XIe Conférence scientifique des Administrativistes de Cracovie et de Wrocław organisée en ligne. Dans le domaine de la législation on a présenté quelques institutions dont l’introduction était liée avec la nécessité de la création des cadres juridiques de la lutte contre la pandémie et la gestion de ses conséquences. On a présenté ensuite deux arrêts de la Haute Cour administrative primordiales pour la pratique de l’application du droit administratif en Pologne.
