The study outlines the development of administrative law during 2018 through important court decisions. It starts with decision 38/2018 of the Athens Administrative Court of Appeal that concerns the acts prohibiting the entry of foreigners in the country, continues with decision 431/2018 of the Plenary Session of the Council of State that is a pilot trial about the reduction of the salaries in the medical hospitals of the National Health System. Furthermore, the study focuses on the analysis of decision 660/2018 of the Plenary Session of the Council of State that concerns education, as well as decision 869/2018 of the Plenary Session of the Council of State that concerns the Mufti who shall be relieved of his duties in the event of an irrevocable conviction for any of the offenses which constitute an obstacle to appointment. Finally, there is an analysis of three important decisions concerning the administrative contracts.
La chronique décrit le développement du droit administratif au cours de l’année 2018 à travers d’importantes décisions judiciaires. Elle commence par la décision 38/2018 de la Cour administrative d’appel d’Athènes sur les actes interdisant l’entrée des étrangers dans le pays, elle se poursuit avec la décision 431/2018 de la Session plénière du Conseil d’Etat qui est un essai pilote sur la réduction des salaires des hôpitaux médicaux du Système national de Santé. En outre, la chronique se concentre sur l’analyse de la décision 660/2018 de la Session plénière du Conseil d’Etat qui concerne l’éducation ainsi que sur la décision 869/2018 de la Session plénière du Conseil d’Etat sur le mufti qui doit être relevé de ses fonctions en cas de condamnation irrévocable pour l’une des infractions qui constituent un obstacle à la nomination. Finalement, trois importantes décisions concernant les contrats administratifs sont analysées.
