In this chronicle the new scheme of the executive branch under the April 16, 2017 amendments to the Constitution of 1982 was briefly introduced. In that sense, the position and powers of the executive branch under the Turkish Constitutions were presented along with the recent changes. With the latest amendments and the resulting tendency towards the strengthening of the executive branch, a departure from the parliamentary system towards the presidential system has started.
Dans cette chronique, le nouveau régime du pouvoir exécutif en vertu des modifications du 16 avril 2017 apportées à la Constitution de 1982, a été brièvement présenté. Dans ce sens, la position et les pouvoirs de la branche exécutive en vertu des Constitutions turques ont été présentés ainsi que les récents changements. A travers les modifications les plus récentes ainsi que la tendance qui en résulte vers le renforcement du pouvoir exécutif, un départ du système parlementaire vers le système présidentiel a commencé.
