Finland held parliamentary elections in April 2015. The new Local Government Act was approved before elections and it came into force, in principle, already in May, replacing the old Act. The new Non-Discrimination Act has also come into force, repealing the previous one. Also of note is the comprehensive legislation (for example, disqualification rules) promoting good administration, which reflects the ongoing effort to improve the integrity of public administration. The Committee on Ethics of State Civil Servants was appointed in 2014. In autumn 2015, the Supreme Administrative Court made several decisions on the right to vote in the election of the Sámi Parliament.
Des élections législatives ont eu lieu en Finlande en avril 2015. La nouvelle loi sur les gouvernements locaux, approuvée avant les élections, est entrée en vigueur en principe dès le mois de mai, remplaçant l'ancienne loi. La nouvelle loi sur la non-discrimination est aussi entrée en vigueur et a abrogé l'ancienne. Notons aussi la législation globale (par exemple, les règles d'incapacité) visant à promouvoir la bonne administration, qui reflète l'effort en cours pour améliorer l'intégrité de l'administration publique. Le Comité d'éthique des agents de la fonction publique a été nommé en 2014. En automne 2015, la Cour administrative suprême a rendu quelques arrêts sur le droit de vote aux élections du Parlement Sámi.
