Les révélations constitutionnelles du Brexit

The chaotic implementation of Brexit has triggered a deep political crisis in the United Kingdom. It created a real schism between the Government and the Parliament, thus breaking seemingly with the principles that govern the British parliamentary system. However, we would like to show in this study that, on the contrary, this crisis allows the English parliamentary system to draw on its resources to modernize and strengthen itself. In practical terms, Brexit reveals indeed new resources for modernizing the parliamentary system in the United Kingdom.
La mise en œuvre chaotique du Brexit a engendré une crise politique profonde au Royaume-Uni. Elle a créé un vrai schisme entre le Gouvernement et le Parlement, rompant ainsi en apparence avec les principes qui régissent le régime parlementaire britannique. Pourtant, nous voudrions démontrer dans cette étude que cette crise permet au contraire au parlementarisme anglais de puiser dans ses ressources pour se moderniser et se renforcer. Concrètement en effet, le Brexit révèle de nouvelles ressources de modernisation du régime parlementaire au Royaume-Uni.
