During the last years, the advancement of Hellenic Administrative Law continues rapidly, as far as both legislation and jurisprudence are concerned. First, proprio motu, in the attempt of the national legislator and administrative judge who are determined to advance the national administrative law on the functional level as well as on that of litigation so that it is adapted to the changing actual social, economic and political demands. And then, within the framework of the interaction between European Law and Hellenic Public Law, by establishing a “tripartite” permanent dialogue between the European jurisdictions (the European Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights) and the national jurisdictions and administrations.
Pendant les dernières années, les évolutions du droit administratif hellénique se poursuivent aux rythmes accélérés tant du point de vue législatif que du point de vue jurisprudentiel. Tout d’abord, proprio motu, à la tentative du législateur et du juge administratif nationaux qui s’acharnent à faire évoluer le droit administratif interne au niveau fonctionnel et contentieux pour qu’il soit adapté aux exigences actuelles sociales, économiques et politiques mouvantes. Ensuite, dans le cadre d’interaction entre le droit européen et le droit public hellénique, en établissant un dialogue “triparti” permanent entre les juridictions européennes (la Cour Européenne de Justice et la Cour Européenne des Droits de l’Homme) et les juridictions et les administrations nationales.
