This issue is viewed from the point of view of both Member States’ national legislation (Albania, Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Georgia, Germany, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovak Republic, Spain, Sweden and Turkey are represented here)  as well as from the point of view of the European legislation, whereas a Case Study and General Conclusions on the subject are offered to the reader.
