This short article examines the position of the administration in the face of political power. The progressive constitutionalisation of administrative law has led to the setting up of administrative bodies that are increasingly separate from the government with the aim of guaranteeing the impartial­ity of the administration vis-à-vis the rights of citizens.

Ce bref article examine la position de l’administration face au pouvoir politique. La constitutionnalisation progressive du droit administratif a conduit à la mise en place des organes administratifs qui sont de plus en plus séparés du gouvernement afin que l’impartialité de l’administration face aux droits des citoyens soit garantie.
