Jakob Fux is a university assistant at the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law. He studied business administration at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and law at the University of Vienna. Jakob is specialised in asylum and immigration law, where he is also active as a voluntary legal advisor with the Vienna-based NGO “Deserteurs- und Flüchtlingsberatung”. Furthermore, he is interested in and works on the interaction between European Union law and domestic (constitutional) law, as well as constitutional review in a multi-level legal system.
