Prof. JUDr. Denisa Dulaková, PhD. is a Slovak lawyer, working both academically and practically. She has long and continuously dealt with issues of contractual obligations law, with an emphasis on those types of obligations that relate to the disposal of real estate (alienation of real estate, lease of real estate). The subject of her professional interest and scientific growth are also the overall conceptual and value issues of private law, which arose from her involvement in the recodification work on the new Civil Code. She has elaborated the topics she deals with in her numerous professional, scientific and monographic works, which are regularly referred to in professional circles.

Prof. Dulaková is a member of the recodification commission, where she is responsible for drafting the paragraph wording of the lease contract (including the lease contract for an apartment) and some other types of contracts (procurement contracts, provision contract). Due to her professional focus on contractual obligations and real estate, she has long been cooperating with the association of real estate professionals (National Association of Real Estate Agencies of Slovakia), for which she lectures and assesses upcoming legislative changes concerning real estate.

On the basis of her scientific and professional orientation, she founded a study course in Real Estate Law at the academic campus (Pan-European University, Faculty of Law) in 2016, of which she is the guarantor.
