Associate Professor of Theory and History of the State and Law
Daniel Šmihula is a teacher of political science at the University of Trenčín in Slovakia. He cooperate also with the Armed Forces Academy of general Milan Rastislav Štefánik in a position of a tutor of the PhD-students. He is a member of the Slovak Society for International Law. In addition to his academic activity he is an active diplomat in the service of the Slovak Republic and a writer.
