PUBLIC LAW RESPONSES TO ECONOMIC CRISES

In this paper, an overview of the global economic crisis is provided by laying down the causes that brought USA and EU into crisis. Further, legal responses to the crisis are set forth. As regards the legal responses, both sides of the Atlantic tried to promote economic growth, struggle with and make a way out of the crisis and strengthen economic governance. However, in that sense, we encounter a number of critical issues that have to be carefully considered in the course of economic intervention of the State.
Cette présentation donne une image de la crise économique mondiale en définissant les causes qui ont entraîné les USA et l'UE dans la crise. Par ailleurs, elle propose des réponses juridiques à la crise. Pour ce qui est des réponses juridiques, on a essayé des deux côtés de l'Atlantique de promouvoir la croissance économique, de lutter contre la crise et d'en sortir et de renforcer la gouvernance économique. Cependant, en ce sens, nous avons rencontré quelques problèmes critiques qui sont à considérer avec précaution dans le cadre de l'intervention économique de l'Etat.
