A legal system, such as the Danish model, is based on solidarity. Solidarity is a feeling of unity that is based on common interests and goals. Laws and legal systems are the outcomes and outputs of these interests. The Danish tax system is considered to be a solidarity system. The legal systems reflect the degree of cohesion. Denmark has the common value of anti-corruption and it is very important that principles like this are kept in high esteem. From a Danish perspective, anti-corruption is very important to enhance solidarity. Denmark has a significant experience in combatting bribery. Intergenerational equity is important for keeping the common values in the society bound together. Age discrimination, in the past few years, has been recognized as an interest which needs protection.
Un système juridique, comme celui du Danemark, est basé sur la solidarité. La solidarité est un sentiment d'unité qui est basé sur des intérêts et objectifs communs. Les lois et les systèmes juridiques sont les résultats de ces intérêts. Le système fiscal danois est considéré comme un système de solidarité. Les systèmes juridiques reflètent le degré de cohésion. Le Danemark a la valeur commune de l'anti-corruption et il est très important que des principes comme celui-ci soient beaucoup estimés. D'un point de vue danois, l'anti-corruption est très importante pour que la solidarité soit renforcée. Le Danemark a une expérience considérable en matière de lutte contre la corruption. L'équité intergénérationnelle est importante pour que les valeurs communes de la société soient maintenues. La discrimination liée à l'âge a été reconnue récemment comme un intérêt nécessitant une protection.
