This article is about the model of the judiciary, the tax risks of the Russian taxpayer associated with international tax optimisation, noting that tax risks can be divided into two categories related to possible violations of direct tax laws and regulations with an ambiguous interpretation of the law. Improving the scope of these issues would be beneficial for the development of such branches of Russian law such as tax law, budget law and civil law.
Cet article aborde le thème du modèle du système judiciaire, les risques fiscaux des contribuables Russes associés à l'optimisation fiscale internationale, en signalant que les risques fiscaux peuvent être divisés en deux catégories liées à des violations éventuelles des lois et des règles fiscales directes avec une interpétation ambiguë du droit. Améliorer la portée de ces matières serait positif pour le développement des domaines du droit russe tels que le droit fiscal, le droit budgétaire et le droit civil.
