The new technologies revolution has brought about the possibility of economy glob­­al­isation, with severe consequences, on the one hand, on the ability of Na­tional States to cope, using their political power coming from national sovereignty, with the mobility of financial capital and, on the other, on the very control of eco­nomic processes. It has led to a new equilibrium between State and Market, that af­fected a wide number of Administrative Law institutions that have had to go through a process of deep review.
