The chronicle is devoted to the constitutional developments in Ukraine occurred in 2011. The main idea of the chronicle was focused on the presentation of tasks, functions and importance of the newly established authority on the elaboration of amendments to the Constitution, namely the Constitutional Assembly. Also the light is shed on the change of the electoral system as well as the adoption of new legislation on elections of people's deputies of Ukraine.
La chronique est consacrée aux évolutions constitutionnelles qui ont eu lieu en Ukraine en 2011. L'idée principale de cette chronique se concentre sur la présentation des travaux, fonctions et de l'importance de l'autorité récemment établie sur l'élaboration des amendements de la Constitution, à savoir l'Assemblée Constitutionnelle. Egalement, la lumière est faite sur le changement du système électoral ainsi que l'adoption de nouvelle législation sur l'élection des députés en Ukraine.
Хроника посвящена конституционным преобразованиям в Украине в 2011 году. Основное внимание уделено освещению задач, функций и роли новосозданного органа по разработке изменений в Конституцию Украины - Конституционной Ассамблеи, а также изменению избирательной системы и соответствующего законодательства о выборах народных депутатов в Украине.
