This chronicle analyzes the interplay between constitutional rights and freedoms and surveillance in Slovakia. It looks at the drivers that are behind the introduction and expansion of new surveillance mechanisms in Slovakia by analyzing the implementation of the data retention directive and the electronic toll system.
Cette chronique analyse l’interaction entre les droits et libertés constitutionnels et la surveillance en Slovaquie. Elle examine les facteurs derrière l’introduction et l’élargissement de nouveaux mécanismes de surveillance en Slovaquie en analysant la mise en œuvre de la directive sur la conservation des données et le système de péage électronique.
