The chronicle is focused on a very crucial issue in the area of administrative law in the Slovak Republic. The right to information is constitutionally guaranteed and the lower legal regulation in administrative law established the conditions and exceptions of its implementation. The right to information was widely interpreted by the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic in 2009, considering and confirming the previous jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic, when deciding on the principles of the right to information along with other rights. The chronicle contains significant information on the interpretation of the obligation to provide information and the persons obliged to provide access to information in the Slovak Republic.
