This chronicle is devoted to actual amendments of the administrative law occurred in 2011 in Russia in the field of state antimonopoly control and in the housing sphere. In the competition area, are analyzed amendments to the Federal Law "On competition defense" and the Federal Code of administrative offenses. The present chronicle is also devoted to actual changes of the administrative legislation in the housing sphere. In the course of transformation of the administrative and legal basis in the housing sphere of Russia, significant events are considered.
Cette chronique est consacrée aux modifications réelles du droit administratif intervenues en 2011 en Russie dans le domaine du contrôle antimonopole de l'Etat et dans celui du logement. Dans le domaine de la concurrence, la chronique analyse les modifications du droit fédéral "sur la protection de la concurrence" et du code fédéral des infractions administratives. Elle examine également les changements effectifs de la législation administrative en matière de logement. Elle analyse des événements importants intervenus au cours de la transformation de la base adminis¬trative et juridique dans le domaine du logement en Russie.
Эта хроника посвящена актуальным изменениям административного законодательства. В области конкуренции проанализированы изменения в Федеральном законе о защите конкуренции и в Кодексе об административных правонарушениях. Хроника посвящена также актуальным изменениям административного законодательства в жилищной сфере. В процессе преобразования административно-правовой базы в жилищной сфере РФ рассмотрены значимые события.
