This chronicle is devoted to actual amendments of the administrative law occurred in 2012 in the field of state antimonopoly control and in the housing sphere in Russia. In the competition area, are analysed amendments to the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition", to some other legislative acts, as well as novelties of sub-legal regulatory acts and acts of the courts of higher judiciary. In the chronicle are also discussed the main trends of the administrative-legal regulation of housing relations in Russia in 2012.
La présente chronique est consacrée aux modifications effectives du droit administratif intervenues en Russie en 2012 dans le domaine du contrôle anti-monopole de l'Etat et dans le secteur du logement. Dans le domaine de la concurrence sont analysées des modifications à la loi fédérale "Sur la protection de la concurrence", à certaines autres lois, ainsi que des nouveautés en matière d'actes réglementaires et d'actes des cours suprêmes. La chronique examine également les principales tendances de la réglementation administrative et juridique des baux d'habitation en Russie en 2012.
Эта хроника посвящена актуальным изменениям административно-правового регулирования государственного антимонопольного контроля и в жилищной сфере в России в 2012 г. В области конкуренции проанализированы изменения в Федеральный закон о защите конкуренции, отдельные законодательные акты, а также новеллы подзаконного регулирования и акты высших судебных органов. В хронике рассмотрены также основные тенденции административно-правового регулирования жилищных отношений в России в 2012 году.
