The chronicle provides an overview of particular issues connected with locus standi (legal standing) in Latvian Administrative Procedural Law. First, the chronicle gives a general overview of the locus standi. In addition, two derogations from the general locus standi rule will be discussed - application to the court in the field of environmental law and application of a legal entity governed by public law. Besides, the chronicle includes an overview of a number of significant decisions of the Department of Administrative Cases of the Supreme Court in the field of locus standi in administrative court procedure.
La chronique donne un aperçu de questions particulières liées au locus standi (statut juridique) dans le Code de procédure administrative letton. Elle commence par fournir une idée générale du locus standi. Ensuite, elle discute deux dérogations à la règle générale du locus standi: la saisie du tribunal dans le domaine du droit de l'environnement et la demande d'une entité juridique régie par le droit public. Par ailleurs, la chronique offre un aperçu d'un certain nombre de décisions significatives de la Direction des affaires administratives de la Cour suprême relatives au locus standi dans la procédure de la cour administrative.
