The Conference of the Chairs of Law and Administrative Procedure which was held from 25 to 26 June 2018 in Warsaw was an important event for the doctrine of administrative law. The year 2018 also introduced an amendment to the Law on Higher Education, which is important for the scientific community, charged with ensuring an efficient management of higher education institutions and a better development of science. Some decisions of the administrative courts concerning the application of administrative law are also presented in the chronicle.
Le Colloque des Chaires de Droit et de Procédure administrative qui s’est tenu du 25 au 26 juin 2018 à Varsovie fut un événement important pour la doctrine du droit administratif. L’année 2018 a également apporté une modification dans la loi sur l’enseignement supérieur, importante pour le milieu scientifique, censée assurer une gestion efficace des écoles supérieures et un meilleur développement de la science. Dans la chronique ont été également présentés quelques arrêts des tribunaux administratifs relatifs à l’application du droit adminstratif.
