LEGISLATION ON PUBLIC SECURITY

The article deals with the legislation on public security in Ukraine. Based on the analyses of laws and other regulatory acts, including the judicial literature, the conclusion is drawn that ensuring of public security needs regulation and changes. It is proposed to adopt the draft Law of Ukraine "About Ensuring of Public Security" in which numerous aspects of the matter would be provided for.
