The greatest innovation in the political life of Bosnia and Herzegovina after the adoption of the Constitution in 1910 was the Parliament, which, as a rule, met once a year in Sarajevo. Although the Parliament was supposed to serve domestic interests, its work largely depended on the will of the Austro-Hungarian monarch. In this paper, the author analyzes the legal status of the Parliament, its jurisdiction and its relationship to the Provincial Government, according to the 1910 Constitution.
