This article seeks to address the stage of Digital Justice and the use of Robot Judges in Brazil, and the growing use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the Brazilian Judicial Branch, showing the risks already identified and the different systems and platforms already used by the different courts of justice, at the state, federal and national levels. It also deals with the controversy regarding the international or national regulation of Artificial Intelligence, including within the regulation by the Brazilian National Council of Justice (NCJ).

Cet article tente d’aborder l’étape de la justice numérique et l’utilisation de juges robots au Brésil, ainsi que l’utilisation croissante de l’intelligence artificielle (IA) au sein du pouvoir judiciaire brésilien, en montrant les risques déjà identifiés et les différents systèmes et plateformes déjà utilisés par les différentes cours de justice, au niveau de l’État, au niveau fédéral et au niveau national. Il traite également de la controverse concernant la réglementation internationale ou nationale de l’intelligence artificielle, y compris dans le cadre de la réglementation du Conseil national brésilien de la justice (CNJ).
