In 2017, the dynamic trend of development of the constitutional law of Ukraine, started in 2016 with the introduction of the amendments to the Basic Law concerning justice, was maintained. The Law “On Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine (on Justice)” was adopted by the Parliament of Ukraine on June 2, 2016, but not all of the reforms were completed by the end of 2016. The most important and expected event in the constitutional law of Ukraine in 2017 was the adoption of a new version of the Law “On the Constitutional Court of Ukraine”, and the development of the institution of the constitutional complaint on the basis of its norms.
En 2017, la tendance dynamique de l’évolution du droit constitutionnel de l’Ukraine, qui a commencé en 2016 par l’introduction des modifications à la Loi fondamentale de l’Ukraine en matière de justice, s’est poursuivie. La Loi relative aux Amendements à la Constitution de l’Ukraine (sur la justice) a été adoptée par le Parlement de l’Ukraine le 2 juin 2016, quand même toutes les réformes n’étaient pas achevées à la fin de l’année 2016. L’événement le plus significatif et attendu dans le droit constitutionnel de l’Ukraine en 2017 était l’adoption d’une nouvelle version de la Loi sur la Cour constitutionnelle de l’Ukraine et le développement de l’institution de la plainte constitutionnelle sur la base de ses normes.
В 2017 г. сохранялся динамичный тренд развития конституционного права Украины, заданный в 2016 году внесением в Основной Закон изменений, касающихся правосудия. Закон «О внесении изменений в Конституцию Украины (о правосудии)» был принят Верховной Радой Украины 2 июня 2016 г., однако не все процессы реформирования были завершены к окончанию 2016 г. Наиболее важным и ожидаемым событием в конституционном праве Украины в 2017 г. стало принятие новой редакции Закона «О Конституционном Суде Украины», и развитие института конституционной жалобы на основе его норм.
