In the modern world the fundamental human rights are considered the highest values. The state should take all necessary measures to protect them. However, as every other thing in our world, human rights are also non-absolute. There are possible restrictions of human rights, but these restrictions should be carried out carefully, so that we can avoid possible abuses. This chronicle deals with the following questions: The theory of "Human Constitutional Rights Absolutism"; the restrictions of human rights; and the limits of human rights restrictions.
Dans le monde contemporain, les droits fondamentaux de l'homme sont considérés commes des valeurs suprêmes. L'Etat doit prendre toutes mesures nécessaires afin de les protéger. Néanmoins, comme chacune autre chose dans notre monde, les droits de l'homme sont aussi non absolus. Il y a des éventuelles restrictions aux droits de l'homme, mais celles-ci doivent être effectuées de manière extrêmement attentive, afin qu'on évite des abus possibles.
