THE APPREHENSION OF PERSONS

In the present article, the author deals with the issue of apprehension of persons in three young Member States of the European Union - the Slovak Republic, the Czech Republic and Poland. The article provides information about the individual forms of apprehension of persons applied in these countries and their basic differences. The specific forms of apprehension of persons are included in the text as well. The article is amended with the practical experience of the author with their realisation within the territory of the Slovak Republic.
